3 Call Centre Trainers Wanted
Rate: £275 per day to include Travel and Accom
Duration: 10 Days Work PP
Number of resources required: 3 Trainers
Preferred Start Date: 18th March 20019
End Date: 29th March 2019
Duration: 10 days charged per Trainer so total 30 days
Location/s: Rotherham S63 5DJ
Professional Qualifications: Experience of designing some learning content for contact centres who handle e-mails, documents, PDF’, checking data with some outbound calls on the back of an e-mail , PDF might be required.
The requirements are:

To work with our customer to understand the e2e process via knowledge transfer

To be able to deliver Welcome to Capita and help new starters navigate to the LMS to complete all mandatory training

Could be a small element of Design to support our Customer

To deliver Induction Training to temp new starters
We have 10 days in budget per associate which covers scoping and design of the content.
