  • Misconduct vs gross misconduct. What are these 2 different types of misconduct? What do they mean for your staff, what effect do they have and what procedures are related to them? 

  • Procedural steps. What steps do you need to take in the case of misconduct? Be able to accurately explain the correct procedures and how these would have an effect on you and your business. 

Dismissals
