Role: Head of HR
 
Start Date: ASAP
 
Location: London based – Farringdon
 
Duration: 3-6 Months
 
Hours: Full Time – Some days potentially at home.
 
Sector: Financial Services
 
Day Rate: TBC
 
Looking for a Senior Head of HR starting ASAP.
 
You will have experience in a frenetic business environment with lots of change and experience with start ups is ideal.
 
Key target it to take the business from 400 – 700 head count in 5 months. You will have a team of 4 HR you are responsible for.
 
You will need to role your sleeves up, work with the business and handle ever moving goal posts!!!
 
The post is interim in the first instance but if mutually agreeable then potential to extend to a permanent placement.
