Systems/IT Trainer

 

It is a long shot but I URGENTLY need 2-3 Trainers who must have a background in systems training and/or IT Training to go to Coventry for:

 

8 March   9am-5pm 
then
11/12/13/14/15 March - not sure what times yet

 

Delivery: 8am – 4pm    

Rate:  £255.00

Transport for London (TfL) are shortly introducing a new ‘Ultra Low Emission Zone’ scheme in central London. This means that vehicles driving into the centre of London that do not meet the new emissions criteria will have to pay a charge. Capita administer the scheme on behalf of TfL and the Back Office operations are based in Capita Offices in Coventry.

The training for this involves delivering content to new employees that will be working in a variety of different roles encompassing:

 

• Dealing with email queries from customers about their TfL account or general queries

• Processing images of vehicles that are captured in the central London zone

• Responding to representations that customers send in to us to challenge a penalty charge notice that they have received when they have not paid the charge

•  General administration of customer’s accounts and also penalty charges.

The costs of these checks are minimal but will be at your expense and only once the work is confirmed.
