Rate: £275 - £375 per day (Depending on Experience) to include Travel and Accom.
 
Duration: 30 Days Work

 

Number of resources required: 1Trainers (unless 2 excellent applicants and then it would be shared)

Preferred Start Date: ASAP

Location/s: Glasgow G3

​

Mixture of home based work and office at below address. Will need to spend time onsite to scope and understand the requirement including listening to calls, observing current stages of the operational process, meeting with stakeholders, etc. When not required onsite and designing this can be from done from home. 

 

Required Experience:

​

• From a strong Financial Services background ideally in a call centre

• Excellent knowledge of Defined Benefit /Final Salary Pension schemes

• Experienced in both training design and facilitation

 
The requirements are:
 
Currently the call centre process is fragmented with each section having people completing the work specifically for that section – the client is wanting the whole team to be multiskilled and enabled to deliver the full end to end process of assessing and working the cases through to resolution. The associate will need design experience as well as experience in facilitation. 

 

We have 30 days in budget which covers scoping and design of the content.
