RPA - Robotic Process Automation Trainer/Developer

Rate: TBC

Duration: Over 6-12 Months

Number of resources required: 2 Associates

Preferred Start Date: Mid to late June

Location: Birmingham

Required Experience: A relevant BSc Computer Science degree.

In addition, it would be advantageous if they held (or could complete) the following courses available at https://academy.uipath.com

  1. Level 1 – RPA Developer Foundation Training

  2. Level 2 – Orchestrator (any version) Training

  3. Level 3 – RPA Developer Advanced Training

Details of Requirement 1: Associate Trainer will be required to deliver an ongoing training course, focused around the Developer role, but from an RPA (Robotic Process Automation) perspective.

The training itself will be across 5 days, occurring on a fortnightly basis (on average).

The proposed approach will be to have the Associate Trainer available to support and co-deliver initially, with subsequent sessions where they lead, but with an expert available to assist.

The expert will be on-hand to assist through co-delivery when required, as well as provide the Associate Trainer with access to the relevant IT Applications and Environments via their laptop.

As the training covers our specific design standards, methodologies, and SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle), alongside the requirement for access to particular Applications and Environments, an expert will always be available.

The course has already been delivered successfully and is currently being refreshed prior to full rollout.
