HR Consultant

 

Job Title: HR Consultant - Within the FCA Financial Conduct Authority

Rate: £350 - Need to invoice via an Umbrella Company

​

Location:  Virtual -  think they would need to be able to travel to Stratford (East London) for meetings after the June lifting of lockdown restrictions

​

Duration:  9  Months - 5 days a week maybe 4

​

The Task: Client Brief thus far!

 

Although they do have some OD (with learning) capability internally, they will not have the capacity to deliver the workstreams that will deliver the cultural change. The outcomes and project have been designed at a high level and the PSR is now looking for resource to assist in taking the vison to the next stage.

​

Experience of carrying out organisation-wide skills gap analyses; role mapping and job grading (they will work with the PSR on the wider career and grading exercise, as well as skills mapping for the PSR)

 

• Experience of mapping skills to a capability framework (updating the PSR Capability Framework) PSR is the preferred framework through which public sector authorities can engage and hire contingent talent across the UK

• Broad L&D/OD experience – reviewing the PSR L&D offering – tying it to our skills and capabilities

• Reporting into, and working closely with the Senior HRBP, this consultant will also provide PSR colleagues with general HR advice as necessary

• Experience likely to be the equivalent of Manager level
