Location: The client is based in Stratford, London and there would be a requirement for some travel to the office and probably face to face delivery, when we are allowed to do this again!
SCOPE

Training needs analysis and development of approach
-
Development of deliverables & experiences to build knowledge and ability to operate with new solution both pre and post go-live. This may include classroom training (e.g. PPT slide creation and practical in class exercises), e-learning modules, handouts / quick reference guide creation, hints and tips, quizzes.

Training Delivery and User Support – face to face classroom training, end user support e.g. floor walking post go-live, adoption / readiness assessment

Effective feedback mechanisms in place to ensure assessment of training effectiveness and enable continual improvement

Functionality in scope relates to HR, Finance and Procurement processes.
KEY PURPOSE OF JOB
The key purpose of the job will be to upskill management, staff and other impacted communities to enable effective usage of our new HR & Finance ERP system, Workday. This includes understanding which audiences will need to be able to use which processes and providing point of need training and resources.
